Ginny Siano-Eck has over twenty eight years of experience as an educator in public and private schools and an extensive dance background in classical ballet and modern dance. Her early training was at the Ruth Page Foundation and the Ellis DuBoulay School of Dance. After obtaining a B.A. in Theater/Dance and Secondary Education from Barat College, she danced professionally in Chicago until 1996 when she married and relocated to the Upstate. Ms. Siano also enjoyed performing the promotional roles such as Bingo of the Banana Splits adn the real life character for Victoria Plum. Many of her former students dance in major US dance companies such as ABT, Mark Morris Dance Group, Charleston Ballet to name a few. She is the founding Artistic Director of Foothills Dance Conservatory for the Performing Arts in Seneca, SC., and is on the approved Artist Roster fro the South Carolina Arts Commission.
